Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NavamiUSA! All our products are shipped from Northern Virginia, USA.

Order Processing: Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Carriers: We ship with UPS, depending on package size, weight and destination. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Delivery Time: Usually 5–7 business days after shipping. These are estimates, and delays can happen during peak season. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Please check your package as soon as it arrives. Email us at navamiusa@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item, the inside packaging and the outer box. See our Refund Policy for details.

International: We can ship to any destination. Customs fees and duties are paid by the buyer based on the country they reside in.
